Curve fitting to dissolution profiles provides solubility, dissolution rate and precipitation related parameters as well as particle size estimations, while flux curve fitting provides flux values for data generated with Pion flux apparatus. Predictor also features an advanced human fraction of dose absorbed (Fa%) calculation model built upon the GUT framework by Kiyohiko Sugano. The model is designed to convert measured flux profiles into Fa% profiles, using only the input flux data and basic physical chemistry parameters obtainable from Rainbow fiber optic assays.
