Method for preparing propofol emulsion for vascular injection

Publication

The present invention relates to a method for preparing propofol emulsion for vascular injection, and more particularly, to a method for preparing propofol emulsion for vascular injection comprising homogenizing at 40,000 to 45,000 psi using a high pressure homogenizer. According to the present invention, an oil particle having a diameter of 0.1-0.2 μm is produced to further improve storage stability, and filtered even at 0.45 μm or less, thereby providing a vascular injection propofol emulsion.
