inForm gives you the ability to run pH-solubility profiles with in-situ measurement, using only small amounts of material. inForm also uses innovative methods such as biphasic dissolution and gradient pH adjustments to show how a drug would behave under biorelevant conditions. It can accommodate multiple dosage forms and sample types with a built-in ability to remove aliquots for off-line analysis. Notably, inForm measures solubility using the CheqSol method, which eliminates interference by suspended solids. The UV option also supports controlled supersaturation studies.

inForm’s precision engineering ensures that solubility experiments are accurate and highly reproduci-ble. For example, assays are performed in solution, 20 – 80 mL; large enough for high-accuracy meas-urement but small enough to conserve reagents and samples.
